How It Works

Reads every receipt, invoice, or bank statement you upload — including photos of receipts, not just PDFs — and pulls out the vendor, date, amount, and expense category for each, with category totals. Items that look like common business expenses are flagged with a note for your accountant to confirm, never a definitive deduction claim. This is bookkeeping organization, not tax advice — always confirm what's actually deductible with a licensed accountant. Uploaded documents are deleted automatically once your ledger is ready; only the generated CSV persists.
